Our Sama Restaurant (which translates to “Reach for the Sky”) has a team of professionals who prepare menus which celebrate the spices of Zanzibar and the finest catches from the Indian Ocean. An interesting collection of mainly African wines will satisfy any palette.
Besides fresh fish and seafood, our chefs will gladly serve you delicious and tasty meat, poultry and vegetarian dishes. Special dietary menus are available on request.
The Kasha Boutique Hotel’s kitchen team firmly believes in supporting local producers. Our supplies of herbs are organic or self grown and our jams and marmalades are made locally.
